We REALLY want to thank EVERYONE involved in these fantastic benefits. It takes a TEAM effort -- lots of dedication --- and a generous public. The following are specific events (outside of individual/corporate gifts) that we've held and the results they have netted. EVERY CENT RAISED makes a difference!

  • 7/07: Lemonade stand raised $90 (organized by cousin Zoe Comerford).
  • 8/20/07: Yard sale raised $312 (organized by Tina Flack).
  • 9/24/07: Moe and Johnny's dinner benefit raised $3000 (organized by Elaine Branson).
  • 9/15/07: Adesa corp. breakfast raised $900 (organized by Mary Stephenson)
  • 9/29/07: College commons neighborhood yard sale raised $12,389(organized by Gordon and Lynda Durnil).
  • 10/07/07: Candle sales, amount raised $1000 (organized by Casi Fansler).
  • 10/16/07: A Night For Lauren Benefit featuring Mary Kay products, Silpada jewelry, Colts pet items and more raised $1000 (organized by Susan Garrard).
  • 10/20/07: Golf Outing and Pig Roast events raised $12,044!!! (organized by Rick O'Connor and John Bryan).
  • 10/07: Jewelry party at Frank and Debbie Morrones raised $660.
  • 11/07: Garage Sale to benefit our favorite kid raised $28.25 (held by Emily and Sarah White).
  • 11/07: Jewelry party held by Julie Moran raised $250.
  • 1/08: CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE!!!!! We officially made our $100,000 Goal --- so we have decided to increase this to a NEW GOAL of $150,000.....We can't THANK all who contributed enough!!!
  • 09/19/09: The American Legion's Children and Youth Conference. Suzanne and Jim will be speaking to the American Legion in an effort to "challenge" their volunteers to raise awareness and funding to benefit COTA families like us.
  • 09/20/09:  American Liver Foundation, Flavors of Indianapolis (www.liverfoundation.org/flavorsofindianapolis) Suzanne and Jim have been gratiously invited to speak at this fund raising event where local chefs will be cooking five course dinners.  Check it out!
